In order to try and keep the store update thread clean (if you want to call it that), I'd like to use this thread for any related discussion for the highly anticipated demo for GT5:P.

So please post pics or impression here. Anything related to the demo, basically. As some/most of you already know, it just went live a few minutes ago and is available through download off of the JPN store. If you don't know how to create a JPN account see the bottom of this post.

I be luffing that GT-R with the Cover off now :p, though, the front and back in black but the middle in silver does look hawt.

Anywho, ill be getting Prologue after I play Juiced 2 demo, but I gotta go make a JPN account so off to google maps for a jpn address :)

Can anyone get comparative screenshots of Prologue and GTHD to post? I will be going back and forwards just to look for differences but I don't have the kit or set up to be able to let me post screenshots.

Thanks carboycam but if i remember rightly from creating the US one it was pretty simple, I just have to get a new email, an address in Japan and i'm all set right? I use google to get the address of a commercial place. I think there is a guide somewhere too so ill go look for that. I will PM you though if i get stuck :)

I need help mate.

I'm basically trying to do it just like i did my others. But the language barrier is getting in my way.

It accepts my password and everything, just not my PSN ID. I've tried everything. But the names in english, is it supposed to be typed in japanese?

Please help guys..

The language barrier is a bit of a pain, second page of the Sign up I don't know which one is the Master Account... One says 18 but that could be indicting that it is for over 18 or under 18...

I really want to learn japanese now xD

I just guessed when I did mine. It's layout is identicle to the US one.

As for PSN IDs, just do something like FranzH_JP or Vee_JP. The name doesn't have to be Japanese. I'm called Bobby Seedman. :ROFL:

tbh, it's just a matter of trial an error. Keep pressing the top most options of each page. I think that's how I did it.

My US one is crapaddy xD I think I may just go with your idea though (FranzH_JP) seems more organized. May even change the US one to that just because Im fussy like that.

Im stuck on the Details page :p Im finding this hilerious actually, I take it that the top field it Email? I put in ID originally but it through a hissy, and I take it that the next two fields are email or password? I originally put in a password but it threw a hissy at that too so i guess the 4th page is asking for an ID, emails repeated, and a second questions?

You know what? Im just going to go look at a signup page in english... why didn't I think of that before?

I cant even get past step 2. Because it wont accept my suggestions for a PSN ID.

I've tried everything, litreally. It just highlights some jap words next to it in orange. And makes me go back to change it.

Before people jump into the game and freak out because you cant get incar view.
The default car is the black mask nissan, this car for whatever reason, has no incar view in the demo, the rest do.

Road view UI changes, and 1024x0124 texture quality on tarmac as apposed to 512x512 in GTHD.

Uncomparable since GTHD has no in car view.

Points to note, it's obvious the graphics system has been improved alot, the reflections, lighting and shadows are vastly improved and don't suffer from jaggies like they used to, also when using optical output the sound has no issues in prologue.
The external camera is closer too, which is a welcome change in my own opinion.

I've been hearing very mixed reactions about this demo so far. Can't wait to play it for myself.

Seems as if you leave it alone on the title screen, it will go into a replay of the Daytona track, which could mean that it will be unlockable during the motorshow as well as a car or two.

Nice comparisons Nevada, last pic looks juicy.

Is the force feedback as good as the old dual shock 2?

Vee, i don't think it was the Rumble version on reflection, he did say they were old controllers, and anyway, there would be no point in having loads of them there I don't think.

WOW, ****pit view feels so different. I like it! It makes using the analogue sticks feel easier in my opinion.

This may sound stupid, but how do you unlock the Lexus and the Mazda? Are they going to be unlocked along with the Tokyo Motor Show, or do you have to do something in the Game? I've won in every car...

This game is fabulous. I've won the first race with the Skyline, the secound with the Evo, but it wont change the car anymore. I keep having to race with the Evo.

Any helps?
